The Coastal Conservancy is seeking proposals for a new round of Climate Ready grants. Applications for this grant solicitation are due July 2, 2018. Climate Ready grants fund nature-based solutions for climate adaptation. These grants seek to encourage local governments and non-governmental organizations to take action to prepare for a changing climate by advancing planning and implementation of projects that lessen the impacts of climate change, especially within disadvantaged communities. Projects in this round will be funded by the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, and must facilitate greenhouse gas emission reductions. The grant announcement is available here.
